Owner

I’m Michelle Doucette. I created my business to help entrepreneurs run the day to day start-up of theirs. I understand the passion and thought that goes into each and every aspect of the business you’ve created. I understand it because I’ve been there myself.

As a business owner, wife, and mom, I’m familiar with the juggling act required of new entrepreneurs. I understand the long hours, hard work, and drive that goes into running your business. As a virtual assistant, I feel honored that you’re considering my business to assist yours.

My business is run intentionally and confidently, with services that help take yours to the next level. My business is run with heart behind it, with a mission statement outlining the support and value I am able to give your business.

When I began my journey as a Virtual Assistant. I educated myself on each and every service I could offer.  I also used previous experience from being an Executive Assistant in the corporate world as well as my many leadership roles in volunteer work. I learned as I grew, always searching for ways to become stronger and more effective.

I’ve learned that above all, being authentic and transparent is key to building relationships. I’ve learned that sometimes things take time, but that the time put in, directly affects the results that come out. I’ve learned how to work with a multitude of clients, ranging in industries from professional organizers to realtors and small businesses.

I believe that an administrator is a teammate, a support system, and a person there to help your business grow. I also believe that an assistant is a powerful tool for any business to utilize to help them reach the goals they’ve set. Together we will see that your projects and business will be thoughtfully supported so you may focus on profit-earning tasks.
